Rental Process and Lease Details

1. Complete our rental application and provide proof of ID and income (pay stub or letter from employer) 
2. It may take up to 3 business days for our processing department to review your application
3. A viewing of the apartment for rent must be completed prior to your expected move-in date.
4. Baseline Court apartment's standard lease is 12 months - upon completion, month-to-month options are available. Flexible terms may be accommodated upon request
5. Last month's rent is required when the application is approved and first-month rent is required before moving into the unit.
